Biography

Dr. Pearson's work sits where organizational psychology meets executive practice. She advises leaders on the conditions that make cultures healthy: clear decision rights, credible accountability, and the willingness to name what is not working before it becomes irreversible.

Her career spans military service in both the Army and the Navy, doctoral research in organizational psychology, and years of consulting practice with organizations navigating growth, restructuring, and cultural fracture. That combination shapes how she works — disciplined about evidence, direct about hard truths, and patient with the human pace of real change.

As a certified AI consultant, she now focuses on a question few governance structures were designed to answer: when automated systems make consequential decisions, who remains accountable? Her forthcoming book, Governance in Automated Decisioning, gives executives a practical model for keeping authority where it belongs.

She is the author of The Holistic Self-Care Journal and The Grief Relief Journal, and the creator of the Engage, Transform, Sustain™ (ETS™) Framework.

Proprietary Framework

Engage, Transform, Sustain™

The ETS™ Framework is the spine of every engagement — a sequence designed so change outlasts the consultant who introduced it.

01

Engage

Surface what the organization already knows but has not said. Listening sessions, culture diagnostics, and honest data replace assumption with evidence.

02

Transform

Redesign the decisions, rituals, and accountabilities that produce behavior. Change the system, not the slogans.

03

Sustain

Embed measurement, leader capability, and governance so progress survives reorganizations, turnover, and new technology.
